When an animal has been through a painful or stressful experience they go and hide somewhere safe to shake and recover. Our soft animal bodies need the same thing. We so often push the experience away into our bodies and it lurks as tension effecting our homeostasis. Until finally we can face it in a safe held space and allow it to process until it has less of a hold on us. Alison supports many different client issues with treatments and classes. She particularly specialises in a multidiscipline approach to supporting recovery from fatigue. Alison recognises that her support needs to be appropriate for the individual. She uses the Perrin Technique, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Mindfulness and Swedish Massage and can also provide mentoring for recovery from fatigue etc. Alison is based in Exminster and The Exeter Practice Rooms on Castle St near Exeter Library.
